A joint artists' reception for Kelly Face and Pat Meacham Fries, Artworks Cooperative featured artists, will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Red Rooster Coffee House.

Entertainment will be provided by flamenco guitarist Brint Lukens of Denver.

Lukens began his interest in flamenco nearly 15 years ago. Initially self-taught, he has studied flamenco with Paco de Malaga in Washington, D.C., and Spanish-born maestro Rene Herredia in Denver. He has played publicly in Japan, Colorado and New Mexico. Currently he is a guitarist at the Sabor Latino Restaurant in Denver and is becoming increasingly well-known through his performances in the Rocky Mountain area.
