The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs, in collaboration with the Instituto Cervantes de Chicago, presents the fifth installment of its annual celebration of the art of flamenco, from January 23 through February 18 at the Chicago Cultural Center, Old Town School of Music, Symphony Center, The Gene Siskel Film Center, Northeastern Illinois University, and the Flamenco Arts Center.
