Those who have ever been enthralled by Spanish director Carlos Saura's movies, such as Carmen, Flamenco and Salome, can hardly disregard his new Iberia. This time, Saura shoots a stunning film of flamenco, in tribute to the great Spanish composer-pianist Isaac Albeniz in celebration of the centenary of his "Suite Iberia" for the piano.

Albeniz (1860-1909) is considered to have cultivated a national idiom of Spanish music and also to have influenced French composers Debussy and Ravel with his piano compositions.
