The Sydney Opera House has been the stage for a mix of the purest Spanish flamenco and contemporary dance. Spanish dancer Eva ‘Yerbabuena’ Garrido continues in Sydney until Friday with a show, ‘Eva’, which has been playing to full houses and rave reviews.

She told the EFE news agengy that she is not surprised that people on the other side of the world have such a reaction to flamenco, because it is an art that has the power to do that, which transmits, makes you feel, and you don’t need to understand it.
