Benjamin Escoriza is best known for his role as a founder member of the late-lamented Radio Tarifa, the acclaimed Spanish band who took their name from the town in the far south of the country, and whose work was a blend of the Moorish, Sephardic, flamenco and contemporary North African styles that they imagined would fuse together at such a location. It's not surprising that the band's spirit lives on here, for many of the other former members are involved, but there is a change of emphasis
