Listen to a few of Ottmar Liebert's CDs, and you'll note he has a definitive style. After 15 years of recording and touring, the "new age flamenco guitarist" moniker still sticks.

And yet, he's still hard to pin down.

"Nouveau Flamenco," his first CD, brought him some action on New Age charts. Then he entered more of a jazz terrain by adding horns, piano and occasionally a lute with pop and rock arrangements. Liebert will bring his brand of flamenco guitar, which incorporates elements of American rhythms and pop and jazz styles, to the King Center for the Performing Arts on Monday.
